Room by Emma Donoghue

Hello all! So I'll be starting off with a nice quote from this book which is "Scared is what you're feeling. Brave is what you're doing".
I definitely recommend people read this book. At first I was skeptical reading this because it's told from the point of view of a child. However, it is amazing. I loved the child's view and trying to understand what this child and his mother have been through in this room. It truly is a captivating story but also quite sad. I did get emotional at a few parts!
The relationship between Jack (the child) and his Ma is such a powerful and close relationship. It makes you appreciate what a parent/parents put themselves through sometimes for the sake of their children or child.
Overall, I really loved this book and would say it is one of my favorites. I actually ran into someone at work who had read it and said she loved it too! I heard a movie might be made? Not too sure about that. But go ahead! Read it if you'd like! Hope you all enjoy it if anyone does read it.

Until next time!
